PRODUCTION STAGES

Stages of the production process consist of mold making, carcass production, casting, isolation and assembly. In the last stage, the quality controlled product is presented to the service of the customer.

MOLD MAKING

Mold stage involves the production of molds prepared for the casting of the elements to be produced. Molds are produced out of fiber, wood or steel materials in accordance with the project’s features.

CARCASS PRODUCTION

Full galvanized carcass system is used in all frontal panels.

CASTING

Fiber developed for fiber reinforced concrete is used in our panels and all other production. All custom spray systems used for casting have been imported from England.

INSULATION

Rock wool, which is a very light but effective isolation material than its equivalents, is used in our panels.

ASSEMBLY

Completely produced frontal elements are mounted to building with bolts, as it is stipulated in Europe and America. In this way, loads that may occur during a possible earthquake can be tolerated by transposition.
